Stage 3: Payment

Payment for accommodation is as follows:

In one stage (payment for all accommodation at once) or two stages (prepayment of 10 days prior to arrival, balance upon arrival) depending on the type of tariff, number of rooms booked (there are special booking conditions for groups) and reservation status (guaranteed or non-guaranteed).

Payment Methods:

Cash
It is used both for prepayment (the student pays for campus accommodation in advance, before the arrival date), and for paying for accommodation directly upon arrival. All necessary reporting documents are issued.

Payment terminals and communication salons

For your convenience, you can pay for the booked room at any payment terminal, for example, QIWI, or at the cash desks of the Euroset and Svyaznoy communication salons. When booking, inform us that this prepayment method is convenient for you. Next, an SMS message with a booking number will come to your mobile phone. Pay the indicated amount in the closest terminal. To do this, in the "Services" section, find through the search the "Reserve Master" button. If you have any questions, you can contact the call center at the number indicated in the SMS. Please keep the bill, up to your check-in.

Bank transfer for legal entities

It is used only for prepayment, not for post payment. For non-cash settlements, it is necessary to provide the customer details to the e-mail address of the reservation department and conclude an agreement. Closing documents are provided to the customer upon departure of the student / are sent by mail to the customer.

Bank transfer for individuals

It is used for advanced payment. Individuals receive a receipt form from the campus and make a payment in a bank. Scan must be sent to the email of the booking department

Credit cards

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, AmEx, Diners Club cards can be used to make a guaranteed booking or payment for accommodation. To pay for our services with a card, you need to fill out a special authorization form, indicating the type and number of the credit card, name of the holder, card expiration date, CVV code (last 3 digits on the back of the credit card).
