Stage 2: Booking
Guaranteed booking:
In this case, the room is reserved for the student until the check-out time of the day following the day of the planned arrival. The student makes an advance payment of 10 nights - as a guarantee of arrival.
Checkout time - 12:00, Check-in - since 14:00
In case of untimely cancellation (less than 24 hours before arrival), delay or no-show, a fee is charged for the actual downtime, but no more than a day.
Non Guaranteed Booking:
In this case, the guest can book a room over the phone without an advance payment. But if the guest did not pay the bill one day before arrival (up to 15.00), Axalta reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Important information
Check-in at the Axalta campus is possible if there are available rooms, and absence of prior reservation.
Or according to the booking conditions in the confirmed application. The campus has the right to refuse in booking and accommodation if there are no rooms available on the requested date.
